Designed for the Basseau regeneration area on the edge of Angouleme, our solution efficiently creates 30 social landlord and affordable 2 and 3 bed houses. All are designed with 200msq of garden, off street parking for 2 cars, and with the possibility of creating a future bedroom downstairs.
The walls, floors and roof construction is designed of cross-laminated solid wood panels (CLT), walls externally insulated and rendered. The choice of construction is both ecologically expedient and reduces considerably polluting and noisy site works as well as reducing the construction time of the structure (walls, floors and roof) to one day per house.
