The roof-top extension creates extensive conference facilities with associated canteen and administration offices and meeting rooms.

The research centre below had to be operational throughout the construction.

For this tropical and noisy environment we have created a well insulated building both thermally and for sound, we also introduced cavity wall insulation to Vietnam.  Windows and doors inside and out are made from sustainably sourced solid beech and externally it is double glazed.
