Les circulations pi\u00e9tonnes sont largement \u00e9clair\u00e9es et ouvrent des vues mettant en relation les espaces avec le square et l\u2019environnement feuillu.  Au total la r\u00e9sidence comprend 17 appartements de 1 ou 2 lits chacun avec une place de stationnement d\u00e9di\u00e9e en sous sol, accessible par ascenseur.<\/p><p>La construction est en structure b\u00e9ton arm\u00e9, avec remplissage en blocs isol\u00e9s par l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, et des menuiseries en bois doubles vitrage.  Le toit v\u00e9g\u00e9talis\u00e9 limite l\u2019\u00e9coulement des eaux pluviales et contribue \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019air. Tous les espaces sont s\u00e9par\u00e9s par une bonne isolation acoustique (bruit d\u2019impact et a\u00e9rien).
